Ramping to a shocktastic full moon midweek and the wake up calls are raining like lightning strikes as this new era forces the old to account for itself. Uranian wake up calls are frequently eviscerating, burning through whatever was keeping that shit contained and challenging truth to actually come roaring out of all the wells.
This week Promethean lightning takes aim at all that remains unsustainable as Urania squares off with Merc, then the sun and the full moon. Witness it on all the big stages all over our many worlds way past their limit. Constant inhumane treatment at the hands of those who demand silent compliance. Abusive systems that "democratically" extort, exploit and consume, calling their personal profit motive freedom. Baked in hierarchies and barriers to entry, access and parity as the snoring norm.
Stale status quo is never any match for next gen imagination, they who dare to dream of a better world that isn't out to get them by design. But this lion's share of evolution is no longer just the mantle of the current crop of bright babywomen and magnificent manchildren whose future on earth can no longer be guaranteed.
Every single one of us has places we refuse to speak our truth to what still holds power over us. People whose horrible behaviour we tolerate because they decided we have to. Systems and patterns we submit to rather than disrupt, reframe rather than subvert, dismiss rather than divest. All while still refusing to see that these old shadows are joined to our feet and chasing us every place we try to flee from them.
This week's lightning will keep striking all your not no mores, theirs too, flaring up the wounds. It will march you to every extinction threshold you have and dangle you over those tantalising edges hoping you mainline more than just the desire to save yourself. If you're not also here for the Others, your days of the new remain numbered. All cases of Me Me Me are ultimately terminal. Humanity, like community, is not a solo pursuit.
